Quarterly Collaborative Meetings

Augusta Partnership for Children, Inc. hosts quarterly Consortium meetings in an effort to bring together representatives from all agencies and organizations to share issues impacting our children and families, monitor our progress in addressing such issues and synchronize community work efforts to reduce duplication and gaps in existing services.

These meetings are held during the months of January, March, May and July Logistics for upcoming meeting will be announced at a later date.

Children’s Week

Children’s Week is a special celebration to celebrate children from 0-19 with fun events that are FREE for the entire family. The very first Children’s Week celebration, which was known as Family Week, took place on November 27, 1994.

The 2022 Children’s Week Celebration to be held August 22-26, 2022.

Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony

The Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony is a special event to celebrate our successes as a community in addressing issues impacting our children and their families and acknowledging our challenges for the coming year. It is also a time to award, honor, and spotlight individuals who see our vision of all children having the tools and support to become healthy, educated, and responsible adults and use innovative efforts to make it a reality. They are the thinkers, dreamers, creators, and providers of services that improve the lives of children and their families.

2022 Annual meeting will be held on Friday, September 30th from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm at The Foundry at Rae’s Creek, 250 Boy Scout Rd, Augusta, GA 30909.

Tickets are $45 per person and can be purchased in-person or online at https://donorbox.org/events/328305 

There will be live entertainment, dinner, door prizes, and lots of awards.

Legislative Chat

The Legislative Chat is to bring together State Legislators, County Commissioners, City Administrators and Religious leaders in an early morning forum to share information on concerns regarding issues negatively impacting children and families, and explore ways to address the issues as well as identify resources to create policy changes.

Whiskey & Wine Tasting and Silent Auction

The 2022 Whiskey & Wine Tasting and Silent Auction event will be held on Friday, November 18th from 6:30 pm -10:30 pm at the River Room at St. Paul’s, 605 Reynolds Street, Augusta, GA 30901.

This year’s event will feature bourbon along with red and white wines coupled with heavy hors d’ oeuvres, door prizes, and live entertainment. The silent auction will feature vacation destinations, theme park tickets, spa packages, cookware and more.
